Journey Mapping

At a series of workshops that brought together patients with lived experience with chronic pain, we mapped out the journey before accessing services, what it was like to receive services, and the path ahead. We also produced a graphic that summarized findings from the sessions so decision makers would have a high level perspective on areas for improvement, with the journey maps serving as a deeper dive into the content. These journey maps were drawn in real time during facilitated workshops, and we invited feedback from participants throughout the process to ensure the maps were accurate and clear.
