Often under diagnosed, the exact rate of severe asthma in the USA is unknown. But the affects of the condition can be devastating.
Patients, lead researchers, and clinicians gathered in Philadelphia to map out the journey of the “average” severe asthma patient. The map was drawn on a large whiteboard so we could easily make changes and additions to the map until it was complete.
The map is being used to anchor care planning and service design in the patient experience.
