At the annual Managing Brokers’ Conference hosted by the BC Real Estate Association (BCREA), around 300 brokers and real estate leaders from across the British Columbia gathered to explore the theme of “Expanding Professionalism.” The session focused on finding constructive solutions to industry challenges and establishing clearer pathways for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
Tanya Gadsby captured the high-level keynotes and panel discussions in real-time, while weaving in key insights reported back from the concurrent breakout rooms, to ensure a complete record of the collective conversation. To add an element of interactivity to the conference, we constructed a physical “Graffiti City” out of foam board. This interactive station served as a collaborative neighbourhood installation where attendees could write out their own ideas directly onto the cardboard buildings. Following the event, Tanya recorded a three-minute video summary of the graphics, providing a polished and comprehensive recap that BCREA could easily share with members who weren’t able to attend in person.
